Radiant is a UK-based charity. We exist to see communities transformed — spiritually, economically, and socially — through the power of the Gospel.

Africa is at a remarkable moment. A moment of spiritual awakening. Of economic possibility. Of a rising generation building something new. We believe God is bringing forth a radiant Africa — a people shining with His glory in every corner of society.
Radiant exists to catalyse that movement. Not as an outside organisation doing things to communities, but as a catalyst — igniting prayer networks, equipping entrepreneurs, preaching the Gospel, and building the relational foundations that allow a movement to take root and spread long after we leave.

Gospel Proclamation
Everyone needs Jesus. This is our first and most urgent priority. We run large-scale, city-wide evangelism events — bringing communities together to hear the gospel proclaimed with faith, freedom, and expectation.
Business Equipping
An outworking of the gospel is that people glorify God through their work. We run Kingdom Business Equipping Days for small and mid-sized business owners, teaching the theology of work and practical tools for running businesses with Christ-centered values.
Entrepreneurship & Job Creation
Africa's job market faces an urgent crisis driven by a rapidly growing population, where ~20 million youth enter the labor market annually, yet 86% of jobs are in the informal sector. Our Radiant Entrepreneurs Intensive equips university students to start social impact businesses rooted in their own communities.
Unity Networks
Movements grow through relationships. We catalyse prayer networks, church leader gatherings, and regional unity initiatives that outlast our programmes — building the relational infrastructure for long-term transformation.
Where We Are Now
Our first multi-year initiative is underway in Homa Bay County, Kenya — a stunning region on the shores of Lake Victoria where youth unemployment is high and the potential for transformation is extraordinary.
The results so far are encouraging: people are coming to Christ, businesses are being equipped and churches are coming together in unity in ways they haven't before.
